Gypsy campground and festival rides await guests in Antiquity Cove

ANTIQUITY:  The good citizens and pirates of Antiquity are hosting a May Festival beginning May 2 and continuing to May 4.  All proceeds from the event are going to Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.

Antiquity is a Victorian themed community set in the late 1800’s.  Visitors can find many shops and residential areas that echo the theme in Antiquity Township.  A large naval and pirate group also inhabit the 16 sims that make up Antiquity.

Victorian dress is not required, but many of the residents are dressed in attire of this time period.  Stop by the Visitors Center where free outfits are offered as well as other goodies.

Throughout the Festival, guests can find these activities at Antiquity Cove: maypole dancing, fairground attractions including a Ferris wheel, maze and a tunnel of love, candy floss, ice cream, dancing in the park, gypsy camp with tarot readings, story telling and snake charming beside a wandering goat and chickens, kissing booth, and an opportunity to have some fun therapy by Sigmund Freud (imagined by Kris Electricteeth).

Those hearty souls visiting Tortuga during the Festival days will find tarot card readings and Snog a Wench activities, both by appointment.

The events scheduled for the May Festival include:

Friday - 2nd May:

1 pm SLT:  Steeple Chase organized by Sharrah Brendel
