Celebrate. Remember. Fight Back. That is the theme of The American Cancer Society and Relay For Life (RFL) as they kick off several fundraising efforts this weekend.

The events begin with the theme of “celebrate” with today’s Giant Snail race at 2:00 p.m. SLT. Participants in the race are asked to donate between L$250 and L$1000 to get a place in the start of this year’s race. The race starts in Huron and will end 45 sims later in Noyo about an hour later.

La Vie En Rose in Rue dAlliez is the Relay Rockers Saturday Night Dance Party. T1Radio's Nuala Maracas will provide the sounds and NuTrade will provide prizes for best celebration outfit. Guests are urged to donate at the kiosks. 

The largest event planned for this week’s RFL events is the Clothing Fair, which officially begins Monday on the Rezzable Events sims. 

Event coordinator Nevar Lobo says of this year’s event, “On Monday we open with a bang for St. Patty’s Day. There are many awesome designs and designers."
